Stanyl® TE250F6

Stanyl® TE250F6 by Envalior is a high-performance, flame-retardant, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is an electro-friendly high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® TE250F6 is used in automotive, gears, brush-holder (electrical components & motors), miniature- & molded case circuit-breaker, coil insulators, appliances, electrical & electronics and outdoor power equipment. It is also applicable in e-motor bobbins, end-laminates (electrical components & motors), firefighter helmets, hair curler brushes, thermostatic controls, motor starter/overload relays, automotive-, FPC-, reflow-, WtB-, BtB and battery connectors.
