Stanyl® TW200F8

Stanyl® TW200F8 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® TW200F8 is used in automotive e-motor bobbins, brush holders (electro motors), charge air cooler caps, coil insulation, EGR sensor, end-laminates (electro motors), hot charged air ducts, electrical & electronics, gears and outdoor power equipment.
