Stanyl® TW241B3

Stanyl® TW241B3 by DSM is a lubricated and heat stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It possesses high flow, low warpage, low friction, reduced cycle time and easy processability. It offers high toughness, excellent retention of stiffness at higher temperatures (above 100°C) and good electrical properties. Stanyl® TW241B3 provides excellent heat-, wear-, moisture-, abrasion-, fatigue-, grease-, oil- and creep resistance. It is used in automotive applications such as oil pump gears, power door actuators, power lift gate actuators, power seats, power window actuators and windshield wiper actuators. It meets ISO 1043 for PA46.
