Stanyl® TW241F10

Stanyl® TW241F10 by DSM is a high-performance, lubricated, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It has an excellent track-record in gear applications and structural parts. Stanyl® TW241F10 is used in automotive, electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, charge air cooler caps, EPS steering components (gears, flex couplers and sensors), end-laminates (electrical components), MTF/DMF- & torque convertor components, wheel speed sensors, off-road vehicle oil pans and reservoirs.
