Stanyl® TW271B3

Stanyl® TW271B3 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) and PTFE grade reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It possesses wear & friction, high flow & toughness, cycle-time advantages, retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C and stiffness. It imparts chemical- and excellent heat resistance. It is a friction-modified high-heat polyamide that offers excellent strength, creep- & fatigue resistance. It has an excellent track record in gear applications. Stanyl® TW271B3 is used in automotive bearing cages, electrical & electronics and outdoor power equipment.
