Stanyl® TW278F10

Stanyl® TW278F10 by DSM is a heat stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) + PTFE grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possesses high flow, low warpage, low friction, reduced cycle time, easy processability, high toughness, excellent retention of stiffness at higher temperatures (above 100°C) and good electrical properties. Stanyl® TW278F10 provides excellent heat-, wear-, moisture-, abrasion-, fatigue-, grease-, oil- and creep resistance. Used in automotive, consumer goods and transportation. Meets ISO 1043 for PA46+PTFE.
