Stanyl® TW371

Stanyl® TW371 by Envalior is a high-performance, unfilled, heat-stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It possesses high flow & toughness, cycle-time advantages, retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C, friction and stiffness. It imparts chemical- and excellent heat resistance. It is a friction-modified high-heat polyamide that offers excellent strength, creep- & fatigue resistance. Stanyl® TW371 is used in automotive, gears, electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, MTF/DMF components, new generation slide shoe surfaces, shifter fork wear pad and front end accessory drive parts (belt tensioner, damping bands, shoes and bushings).
