Xytron™ G4010T

Xytron™ G4010T by DSM is flame-retardant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is a high-performance plastic compound. It offers extremely good chemical resistance, improved flow, dimensional stability, high stiffness, high rigidity and mechanical strength. It offers lower molding temperatures, high temperature resistance & hydrolysis resistance. It allows for easy processing. Xytron™ G4010T is used in automotive e-motor bobbins, brush holders (electro motors), charge air cooler caps, coil insulation, end-laminates (electro motors) and engine block heater for electric generators. It is also applicable in the filter box, GI cable pipe, power safety locking component, rectifier, rod guides, thermostat push rod and water pump part.
