Bynel™ 40E529

Bynel™ 40E529 by Dow is an anhydride-modified, high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade with similar density and melt index values. Exhibits excellent moisture barrier and good hydrocarbon resistance. Designed for processing by coextrusion method. Bynel™ 40E529 is recommended for HDPE/EVOH tubing & HDPE/polyamide bottles for agricultural chemicals and used with EVA, EVOH, polyamide and PE. Complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 175.105.
