Delrin® 100STE NC010

Delrin® 100STE NC010 is a super-toughened, high-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It provides high mechanical strength, rigidity, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Offers very low VOC emissions. Processed by injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion as well as blow molding. Designed for highly stressed parts where outstanding toughness is essential. Delrin® 100STE NC010 is suitable for automotive interiors, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
