Delrin® 500CL NC010

Delrin® 500CL NC010 by DuPont is a medium-viscosity acetal homopolymer containing a chemical lubricant, designed for low wear and friction against metals.

It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating grade. Offers high mechanical strength, rigidity, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity, impact resistance as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals.
Also, gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics.
Delrin® 500CL NC010 is processed by injection molding.
Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
