Delrin® FG150 NC010 by DuPont is a high-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating.

It possesses excellent thermal stability, low die deposit and enhanced crystallization for low porosity.
It provides high mechanical strength, excellent fatigue resistance, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals.
It gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics.
It is specifically designed for extrusion processes and approved for food contact.
It is processed by injection molding, sheet- and profile extrusion.
Delrin® FG150 NC010 is recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries.
