Delrin® FG311DP NC010

Delrin® FG311DP NC010 is a medium-high viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Offers enhanced crystallization with faster cycle times and excellent creep as well as fatigue resistance. Possesses improved thermal stability, low warpage and fewer voids. It provides high mechanical strength, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Delrin® FG311DP NC010 gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding, sheet- and profile extrusion. Recommended for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Approved for food contact.
