Delrin® FG511DP NC010 is a medium-viscosity acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. Offers enhanced crystallization with faster cycle times and excellent creep as well as fatigue resistance. Possesses improved thermal stability, low warpage and fewer voids. It provides high mechanical strength, rigidity as well as resistance to moisture, gasoline, lubricants, solvents and many other neutral chemicals. Also gives excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulating characteristics. Processed by injection molding. Delrin® FG511DP NC010 is designed for automotive, domestic appliances, sports, industrial engineering, electronics and consumer goods industries. Approved for food contact.
