Delrin® SC655 NC010

Delrin® SC655 NC010 is a medium viscosity, polyacetal polyoxymethylene (POM) homopolymer. Exhibits excellent moisture-, gasoline-, lubricants-, solvent-, chemical-, fatigue- and impact resistance. Possesses excellent dimensional stability, processability, high mechanical strength, high rigidity and good electrical insulating characteristics. Is a naturally resilient and self-lubricating grade. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in parts requiring high precision molding in the healthcare industry and in food contact applications. The grade is manufactured according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and is accepted for food contact applications in Europe and USA. This product is also tested against ISO 10993-5 and -11 and selected parts of USP Class VI and US FDA drug and device master files (DMF and MAF).
