ELVAX™ 3178Z

ELVAX™ 3178Z by Dow is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade, filled with 20%wt vinyl acetate comonomer content. It provides low-temperature heat sealing, flex crack resistance, excellent clarity, cling, impact- and puncture resistance. Designed for coextrusion, blown- and cast film extrusion methods technique for processing of polyethylene resins. ELVAX™ 3178Z is recommended flexible packaging applications and is used in co-extruded films. Complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1).
