ELVAX™ 450

ELVAX™ 450 by Dow is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade, filled with 18%wt vinyl acetate comonomer content. It contains butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) antioxidant as a thermal stabilizer.

It exhibits flex crack resistance, excellent clarity, cling, impact- and puncture resistance.
It offers flexibility, resilience and environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR).
It is lightweight, favorable value-in-use and economics.
It can be processed by injection molding, structural foam molding, sheet & shape extrusion, blow molding and wire coating.
It is recommended for industrial applications and can be used in sealants and compounding applications.
ELVAX™ 450 complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1).
