ELVAX™ 760Q

ELVAX™ 760Q by Dow is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade, filled with 9.3%wt vinyl acetate comonomer content. It contains high level of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) antioxidant, acting as a thermal stabilizer. Exhibits flex crack resistance, excellent clarity, cling, impact- and puncture resistance. It can be processed by injection molding, structural foam molding, blow molding and wire coating. ELVAX™ 760Q is recommended for industrial applications. It can be used in primary insulation and type XHHW building wire (90°C). Complies with Food and Drug Administration Regulation 21 CFR 177.1350(a)(1).
