Rynite® 545 BK504

Rynite® 545 BK504 by DuPont is a 45% glass reinforced polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin. Exhibits an excellent balance of strength & stiffness, dimensional stability, creep- and heat resistance. Possesses excellent flow and good inherent electrical properties at an elevated temperature. Offers easy processability and high surface gloss. Provides balanced thermal-, mechanical- and chemical properties. It can be processed over a broad temperature range by injection molding. It helps in the manufacturing of stronger and reliable electrical devices, photovoltaic panels, switches and other critical energy components. Rynite® 545 BK504 is used in automotive, electrical, electronic and appliances, where it can replace metals, thermosets and thermoplastic polymers.
