Zytel® BM74G18HS by Celanese is polyamide 66 and polyamide 6 copolymer reinforced with glass. Exhibits excellent heat aging resistance in continuous temperature and 230°C in peak temperature combined with outstanding durability. Offers good parison strength, low crystallization speed and good die swell in comparison to other high temperature polyamide glass filled blow molded materials. Is suitable for processing by 3D suction blow molding. Zytel® BM74G18HS is recommended for hot side rigid air ducts for turbo charged engines.
