Zytel® FG50 NC010

Zytel® FG50 NC010 is an unreinforced, high viscosity polyamide 66 resin. It is a cost-effective, high-performance nylon resin. Exhibits break resistance, high mechanical strength, balanced stiffness & toughness, durability, high temperature performance, heat-resistance, electrical property, insulation, flammability, dimensional stability, good moldability, abrasion resistance, humidity resistance and chemical resistance. Possesses the ability to be colored. Enables recycling of properly handled production waste due to its good melt stability. It can be processed using injection molding, film extrusion, profile extrusion, sheet extrusion, other extrusion, coatable and casting methods. Suitable for food contact applications.
