Zytel® RS 30G30L NC010

Zytel® RS 30G30L NC010 by Celanese is a lubricated polyamide 6-10 resin reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It was initially coded FE270063. It contains minimum of 40% renewable sourced ingredients by weight. It delivers wide range of stiffness, toughness plus superior chemical- and hydrolysis resistance. It also provides higher HDT and strength vs PA12, excellent notched cold impact resistance, broad range of flexibility, and potential cost savings vs other long chain polyamides. Zytel® RS 30G30L NC010 is used in handheld devices, automotive coolant systems, fuel lines and tubing, monofilaments, oil and gas applications, pneumatic tubes such as air brake tubes, metal tube replacement as well as automotive under the hood metal replacement.
