Eastar™ Copolyester GN046

Eastar™ Copolyester GN046 by Eastman is a polyester grade. It has excellent colorability, effective barrier properties and has very high melt strength. It also offers high clarity, gloss, good impact strength, chemical resistance, stiffness and toughness. It is easy to extrude, cut, print, and seal. It is suited for extrusion blow molding applications such as bottles. Blow molding of large parts (up to several pounds) are possible with this polyester. Eastar™ Copolyester GN046 is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for Food Equipment Materials and is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®.
