Eastman™ Copolyester 1223

Eastman™ Copolyester 1223 by Eastman is an amorphous copolyester grade. It has excellent clarity, toughness and good melt strength at processing temperatures. It enables primary & secondary operations easily and is Gamma, ebeam and ETO sterilization stable. Eastman™ Copolyester 1223 may be colored using color concentrates, dry colors or liquid colorants. It is useful in film and sheet extrusion and finds application in packaging industry for deodorants, electronics and food items. It is also used for credit-, debit-, gaming-, gift-, identification-, phone- and plastic cards. Also finds uses in furniture, lamination, shrink films, signs, toys/sporting goods and writing instruments. It is Greenguard Indoor Air Quality Certified® and Cradle to Cradle Certifiedcm Silver.
