Eastar™ Copolyester BR001

Eastar™ Copolyester BR001 by Eastman is a polyester grade. It has excellent appearance and is nearly water-clear. It maintains its physical properties when exposed to aromatic oils. It has excellent processability, colorability, strength, stiffness, feel for toothbrushes and bristle retention and offers excellent chemical resistance. It is processed by injection molding and finds uses in plastics for hygiene feminine products, oral hygiene and toothbrushes. Eastar™ Copolyester BR001 complies with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/21 CFR 177.1240(a) and is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®.
