Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester TXF1021 by Eastman is an amorphous and opaque polyester grade. It contains a non-halogenated flame retardant. Offers UL-94 V2 performance with outstanding aesthetics and gloss. Exhibits excellent toughness, hydrolytic stability, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and melt flowability. Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester TXF1021 provides ease of decoration, processing and secondary operations. Offers improved design flexibility needed in portable consumer electronic devices. Recommended for computer and video game accessories/peripherals, small appliance housings and personal care devices. It has passed FDA/ISO 10993 testing for skin sensitization.
