Grilamid® 2S 25 W 20 X Natural

Grilamid® 2S 25 W 20 X Natural is an impact modified and heat stabilized polyamide 6-10 (PA 6-10) grade. Is produced by poly-condensation of hexamethylene diamine (obtained from crude oil) and sebacic acid (obtained from the renewable bio raw material castor oil). Is based on 62% of renewable raw materials. Is a high viscosity, semi-flexible and plasticized grade. Possesses high impact strength even at low temperature, easy processability, low density, high chemical-, (short term) high heat-, UV-, and weathering resistance. Provides low water absorption and good dimensional stability compared to PA6 or PA66. Is suitable for processing by profile tube extrusion. Used in automotive applications like air intake-, compressed air- and hydraulic systems, cables & tubes and in consumer good applications like hydraulics & pneumatics. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
