Grilamid® L 25 LM

Grilamid® L 25 LM is a heat, light and UV stabilized, high viscosity polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade. Is formed by the polymerisation of laurolactam (lactam 12, obtained from the basic raw material butadiene), a ring-shaped, long-chain monomer with 12 carbon atoms. Exhibits low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, high resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis and weathering. Possesses lowest density among all polyamides, good impact strength down to -40°C and easy processability. Is suitable for processing by tube extrusion. Used in cables & tubes, fuel lines required to meet DIN 73378 specification and in hydraulics & pneumatics. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
