Grilamid® L 25 W 40 ESD

Grilamid L 25 W 40 ESD is a highly flexible, anti-static and plasticized polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade. Is formed by the polymerisation of laurolactam (lactam 12, obtained from the basic raw material butadiene), a ring-shaped, long-chain monomer with 12 carbon atoms. Exhibits high viscosity, good heat stability, low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, high resistance to chemicals, hydrolysis, heat, UV and weathering. Possesses lowest density among all polyamides, low weight, good impact strength at down to -40°C and easy processability. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in automotive fuel systems, semi-flexible tubes & profiles, cables and in hydraulics & pneumatics. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
