Grilamid TR® XE 4139 Black 9231

Grilamid TR® XE 4139 Black 9231 is an amorphous, partially aromatic polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade based on aliphatic and cycloaliphatic monomers. Contains a processing aid to improve the flow- and de-molding properties. Possesses good impact resistance, very high flexural fatigue strength, very high stiffness, high surface hardness and gloss, good toughness even at low temperatures and good dimensional stability. Provides good barrier properties, good resistance to chemicals especially oil, grease and fuels, heat, UV, hydrolysis, weathering and stress cracking. Offers low moisture absorption, low water absorption compared to standard polyamides, high heat distortion temperature and easy processability. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive applications like fuel systems, hydraulics & pneumatics, sanitary, water and gas supply and engineering tools. Complies with REACH, RoHS and WEEE.
