Grilamid® XE 4208 black 9992 is a plasticized, semi-flexible and impact modified, polyamide 612 grade. It possesses high strength and high tube burst pressure, low density, high viscosity and low water absorption. Is resistant to heat, chemicals, zinc chloride and hydrolysis. Can be processed easily and is suitable for processing by extrusion. Used in automotive application like air intake-, compressed air-, fuel- and hydraulic- systems, cooling and power control, power train and chassis, cables and tubes, renewable energy equipment like hydraulics and pneumatics and in Mechanical engineering. It complies with WEEE, RoHS and REACH.
