Grilon® BG-40 FC

Grilon® BG-40 FC by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a heat stabilized, 40% glass fibres reinforced polyamide 6. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.

It possesses high stiffness, excellent surface finish, short cycle times, easy flow and easy processing.
It is mostly used in stressed functional parts with a difficult wall thickness to flow length ratio such as housings for electro/electronic machines and automotive air ducts.
Grilon® BG-40 FC is also used in other applications such as air intake systems, interior, powertrain, chassis, electrical appliances & equipments, connectors, housewares, mechanical engineering, sports & leisure, tools & accessories, industry and consumer goods.
