Grivory® GV-6 FWA Black 9225

Grivory® GV-6 FWA Black 9225 by EMS-Grivory (EMS Group) is a nearly odorless, water-insoluble, heat stabilized thermoplastic material based on a combination of semicrystalline polyamide with partially aromatic copolyamide reinforced with 60% glass fiber. It is present as natural granules. Exhibits high stiffness & strength, dimensional stability, low warpage, good chemical resistance and good surface finish. It can be processed using injection molding and is an economical alternative to die-cast alloys. Particularly suitable for parts in direct contact with drinking water and food. Applications include consumer & industry goods including houseware, hydraulics & pneumatics, mechanical engineering, power transmission, sanitary and water & gas supply. According to FDA (21 CFR 177.1500 and corresponding paragraphs covering the additives) Grivory GV "FWA" grades are approved for direct contact with nonalcoholic foodstuffs. Grivory® GV-6 FWA Black 9225 complies with water contact regulations (NSF 61, KTW, WRAS and ACS).
