Grivory® GVL-6H Natural

Grivory® GVL-6H Natural by EMS is a water-insoluble, nearly odorless thermoplastic material based on a combination of heat stabilized semicrystalline polyamide with partially aromatic copolyamide reinforced with 60% long glass fibers. The glass-fibers are aligned in parallel and are just as long as the pellets (usually 10 mm). Exhibits high stiffness & strength even after conditioning & over a wide temperature range, excellent notched impact resistance also at low temperatures, low creep, high heat distortion temperatures, low moisture absorption, very good dimensional stability and little warpage. Designed for injection molding of technical parts especially in the area of die-cast metal replacement. Suitable for technical parts. Applications of Grivory® GVL-6H Natural include automotive (air intake systems, compressed air systems, cooling & climate control, fuel systems and exterior) and electrical/ electronics (electrical appliances, electrical equipment, connectors, energy distribution, lighting, mobile phones and other portable devices), mechanical engineering and household/ appliances.
