TECACOMP® PA66 ID blue 4066 by Ensinger is polyamide 66 grade reinforced with detectable filler. Offers safety against residues, damaging loss of image, incalculable follow-on costs as well as toughness modification for lower susceptibility to breakage. It is detectable via X-ray and metal detector. Used in compound for detectable cable ties, knife handle in detectable plastic and transport box. It fulfils food contact requirement in conformity with the FDA requirements, Directive 2000/72/EC and Regulation (EU) no. 10/2011. TECACOMP® PA66 ID blue 4066 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
