TECAMID® 66 CF20 TF15 Black

TECAMID® 66 CF20 TF15 Black is a semi-crystalline, electrically insulating, weldable polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 20 % carbon fiber & 15 % PTFE. Exhibits good sliding & wear properties, high stiffness, good UV & weather resistance, low coefficient of friction, high pressure resistance, and resistance to oils, greases & fuels. Shows good rigidity, high hardness, good abrasion resistance & thermal dimensional stability, good mechanical strength, high impact strength, good damping characteristics, good adhesion, machinability and high moisture absorption. Can be processed using injection molding. Applications include automotive industry, mechanical engineering, clutch & engine manufacturing, electrical engineering, conveyor technology, gear manufacturing, textile industry, packaging & paper machinery and printing machines.
