TECAMID® 66 GF30

TECAMID® 66 GF30 by Ensinger is polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits very good mechanical strength, high heat deflection temperature, high stiffness, high strength, excellent wear properties, high fatigue strength and high tensile & flexural strength. Also exhibits organic solvent-, creep-, abrasion- and cut resistance. Wear rate approaches that of internally lubricated bearing materials. Possesses double the strength and stiffness of unreinforced nylons and a heat deflection temperature which approaches its melting point. It can be processed using extrusion. Suitable for metal replacement in applications.
