TECAPEEK® CF30

TECAPEEK® CF30 by Ensinger is a PEEK (polyetheretherketone) grade reinforced with 30% carbon. It is made from Victrex® PEEK™ polymer. It offers improved strength and stiffness as well as greater load bearing capabilities.

• It exhibits exceptional chemical, abrasion, wear, creep, flame and hydrolysis (boiling water & superheated steam) resistance.
• It provides extremely high thermal & mechanical capabilities, high dimensional stability, very high continuous working temperature and superior dielectric at high temperatures & frequencies.
• It is insoluble in all common solvents.
• It can be processed using injection molding.
