TECAPEEK® PVX

TECAPEEK® PVX by Ensinger is an ultra-high performance, PEEK (polyetheretherketone) filled with carbon fibers, PTFE and graphite (10% each). It may be based on Victrex® PEEK 450G or Solvay KetaSpire® KT-820. It possesses inherent flame retardant properties, good heat deflection temperature, high creep resistance and good slide & wear properties. Also, offers hydrolysis & superheated steam resistant, good wear properties and very good chemical resistance. TECAPEEK® PVX is used in mechanical engineering, chemical technology, energy & automotive industry and aircraft & aerospace technology. It is suitable for stock shapes (rods, plates, tubes).
