ESTOPLAST XU425NGY148 is a halogen- and phosphorous-free polyamide 6 (PA-6) grade by Ester Industries, reinforced with 25% mineral and glass fiber. Contains mold release and flame retardant as an additive. Exhibits thermal stability up to 350°C. ESTOPLAST XU425NGY148 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive (intake manifolds, engines, powertrains, exterior trims, interior trims, electrical components and connectors) and electrical & electronic (low voltage switch gear/power distribution, lightings, power connectors and MCB) applications.
