VESTAKEEP® 4000 CC20

VESTAKEEP® 4000 CC20 by Evonik is a semi-crystalline, self-lubricating, high viscosity polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin reinforced with 20% ceramic. Exhibits excellent mechanical-, thermal-, hydrolysis-, wear- & chemical resistance, low warpage and good electrical properties. Offers good physical stability, self-extinguishing feature, dimensional stability, degassing & ion extraction properties and processability. It is non-combustible & recyclable and possesses good fire properties. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion. Suitable for use in semiconductors. VESTAKEEP® 4000 CC20 complies with FDA and EU (10/2011) regulations.
