VESTAMID® L1940

VESTAMID® L1940 by Evonik is a heat stabilized, unfilled, electrically isolating, semi-crystalline, medium viscosity, polyamide 12. It contains lubricant and processing aid. It is processed by profile extrusion and injection molding. It exhibits low moisture absorption, exceptional impact strength, low coefficient of friction and good chemical resistance. This food contact grade offers resistance to heat (thermal stability) and oil/fuel. VESTAMID® L1940 is recommended for automotive, electrical & electronic, industry & building construction, fiber optic cable, IT & telecommunication and cable sheathing. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
