VESTAMID® LX9013 black 9.7507

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Evonik
VESTAMID® LX9013 black 9.7507 by Evonik is a high viscosity, electrically isolating, unfilled, plasticized, heat stabilized, polyamide 12 compound with extraordinary long-term heat resistance under thermal load. It absorbs only little moisture, this leading to nearly unaffected dimensions and properties of the finished parts at changing ambient properties. It is processed by profile and pipe/tube extrusion. It exhibits high impact strength, resistance to UV/light/weathering and oil/fuel. It is suitable for extruded tubes which are impact resistant at low temperatures. VESTAMID® LX9013 black 9.7507 is used to produce flexible tubes that are permanently exposed at higher temperatures e.g. in the engine compartment of motor vehicles and diesel fuel lines. Recommended for automotive and tube & hose applications. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
