VESTAMID® X7099

VESTAMID® X7099 by Evonik is a food contact acceptable, polyamide 6-12 (PA 6-12) based specialty grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber and carbon black. Exhibits resistance to fuel-, good abrasion-, grease-, high environment stress crack-, impact-, oil- and solvent, heat- and light stability. Shows heat deflection temperature, high recovery at high wet strength, tensile- and flexural strength. Designed for processing by injection molding. Recommended for housings, sealing- and damping elements for the automotive industry, noise, vibration-damping sliding bearings and roller applications. VESTAMID® X7099 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1500 regulations and UL 94 flame ratings.
