VESTAMID® X7166

VESTAMID® X7166 by Evonik is a flame retardant, food contact acceptable, non-halogen, phosphorus free, polyamide 12 (PA 12) grade reinforced with a processing aid. Exhibits low viscosity, resistance to fatigue-, fuel-, good abrasion-, impact-, grease-, high environment stress crack-, oil- and solvent. Shows good processability, low to no water absorption, sound- and vibration damping. Designed for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Recommended for wire and cable insulation application. VESTAMID® X7166 complies with EU 10/2011 and UL 94 V0 flame ratings.
