VESTODUR® 3013

VESTODUR® 3013 by Evonik is a polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade. Exhibits low abrasion, good creep behavior, improved hydrolytic stability, good strength, good sliding friction behavior and good electrical properties. Offers high thermostability, high stiffness, low water absorption, high dimensional stability and high hardness. Also offers good chemical resistance, good weathering resistance, good processability and no tendency to form stress cracks. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. VESTODUR® 3013 is suitable for fiber optic jacketing applications. Meets UL 94 HB flame rating.
