Exceed™ 0019XC

Exceed™ 0019XC by ExxonMobil Chemical is ethylene-1-hexene copolymer. It provides outstanding sealing properties and broad hot tack window. It contains thermal stabilizer additives. It exhibits easy processability due to high melt index for extrusion, extrusion lamination and co-extrusion coating processes. Recommended for coating on different substrates like board and paper (bleached and unbleached), aluminum foil, flexible films and PE-based woven fabrics. Exceed™ 0019XC is recommended for building & construction laminates, food packaging, industrial coating, liquid packaging and packaging films. It is also suitable for masterbatch carrier applications. This grade is blended with autoclave LDPE.
