11R12A by Flint Hills is a translucent, crystalline, radiation resistant polypropylene homopolymer specialty grade. It is not formulated with animal derived components and phthalates. Exhibits good drop impact properties, high stiffness, good impact strength at room temperatures, and good electrical insulation properties. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. 11R12A is suitable for medical and healthcare applications. Possible applications include biaxially oriented film (BOPP), capacitor film, fiber spinning and slit tape. Complies with the FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 1.1a and 3.4, USP Class VI , USP, & USP, & ISO 10993-5 and listed in drug master file.
