Flontech® FT-905-ST

Flontech® FT-905-ST by Flontech is a white colored, 100% virgin, lubricated, low molecular weight, suspension polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade available in the form of powder. Possesses hydrophobic, excellent weathering and aging properties. Exhibits a wide range of service temperature, good electrical insulation, chemical- and solvent inertness. Offers reduced coefficient of friction, wear resistance, improved non-stick and anti-dripping properties. Recommended for better image protection and higher productivity in printing inks formulation such as lithographic, flexographic, gravure (1-5%), polyethylene waxes (5-15%) and industrial coatings (5-15%). Can be used at 5-20% concentration in various hosting materials like thermoplastics/ thermosettings (polyacetals, polyamides, polycarbonates, polyesters, polyimides, polysulfides, polysulfones/ epoxy, phenol-formaldehyde, melamine resin) and 10-25% in elastomers (fluoroelastomers, neoprenes, nitriles and silicones). Flontech® FT-905-ST by Flontech is also suitable for oil and grease formulation to adjust the viscosity (up to 15%).
