Flontech® FT-BRR60-6

Flontech® FT-BRR60-6 by Flontech is a 40 % virgin, high flow, electrically insulating, non-flammable, hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluoropolymer grade. Is reinforced with 60 % non oxidizing bronze powder. It is an energy saving, low maintenance and reliable grade available in the form of granules. Possesses good dry running & improved sliding properties and high hardness. Exhibits a wide range of working temperature, exceptional inertness to chemicals and solvents, extremely low coefficient of friction, increased thermal & electrical conductivity and reduced cold flow. Offers excellent weathering & ageing characteristics, low pollution and long life. Provides resistance to hydrofluoric acid, gap-extrusion (slit) and strong bases (except oxidizing environments). Flontech® FT-BRR60-6 by Flontech is suitable for processing by compression, automatic and isostatic molding. Recommended for hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
